How can I participate in the Book Fair 2013?
A Stand unit, six square meters in area, measuring 2 x 3 meters, consists of a display wall,displaying name of the participant, a table covered by a table cloth and two chairs.
The unit is for US $ 300 for individual artists US $ 500 for establishments.
Early Bird booking deadline is 2/3/2013.
Participants are entitled to 30 % deduction on total participation fees.
Art Exhibitions Separate art exhibition areas are dedicated to galleries and artists for display of art works. Charge: US $ 90/per meter length.
Reservation should be made before 26/4/2013.
Advertisement
The Fair’s catalogue, size 24 x 19 cm containing names and addresses of the participants, will be widely distributed to all visitors free of charge.

Have your book signed in the Art Café as one of the events of the Fair. Vin d’honour will accompany the event. A charge of 50$ will be applied for hospitality.

The First Annual Book Design Award
- Maximum three books in any language could be submitted by a publisher, printer or graphic designer
- The award goes to the three provided the book is designed, published, printed and bound in Lebanon during the years 2012 and 2013
- An application form and a charge of US$ 50 to be paid for each book
- All entries must be received before 26/4/2013
- Categories according to content: Academic books – Art books - Children books – Exhibition catalogues – Limited edition books – Literature books – poetry
- One award will be given for each category
- The Awards will be announced at the Fair Closing Ceremony
Event Photography Contest
- Shoot photos at the opening ceremony on Wednesday, May 8, 2013.
- Submit three photos in digital format on CD in JPEG or Tiff (min.180 dpi, 30 cm min. per side) and in printed format 30x40 cm bearing the photographer’s registration number on the back, before 10/5/2013 at noon.
- A professional jury will judge the photos. The best twenty photographs will be exhibited and are entitled to certificates. Prizes will be announced and awarded to the best three participants in the closing ceremony.
